We run the programme: what happens in which order, which trade is on site which week, and which decisions you need to have made before a given date so nothing stalls. You get one point of contact for all of it.
On a down-to-studs job you will find something. Settlement, a previous owner's undocumented alteration, wiring that predates the current code, a beam that was never sized properly. Our approach is simple: you hear about it the day we find it, with options and what each one costs. Nothing gets quietly absorbed, and nothing gets quietly billed.
