On a commercial job the schedule usually has a hard edge on it — a lease start, a trading date, a staff move. That changes how the work has to be run. Long-lead items get ordered before they are needed, inspections get booked ahead of the trade being ready, and the programme gets built backwards from the date that actually matters.
We have delivered ground-up commercial buildings, full interior fit-outs, and tenant improvements on occupied premises. We also handle commercial damage repair, which tends to arrive with no notice at all.
Fitting out one suite while the rest of a building keeps trading takes planning: dust and noise control, protected access routes, and the loud work scheduled for hours that do not put your neighbours out of business. We agree all of that with you and the building before we start rather than negotiating it on day three.
