A kitchen remodel is the job where shortcuts show up fastest. A cabinet run that is a half-inch out, a range hood that was never ducted properly, an island that blocks the dishwasher door — none of it is visible in a rendering and all of it is obvious every single day afterwards.
We start with the layout, not the finishes. Where the sink, range and refrigerator sit relative to each other decides whether the room works. Once that is right, we plan the services — waste and supply, circuits, ventilation, lighting — and only then talk about cabinetry and stone.
A kitchen remodel takes the busiest room in the house offline. We sequence the work so that period is as short as it can honestly be, dust-wall the opening, and tell you at the start roughly when you'll be living out of a temporary setup. What we won't do is promise a timeline we know the inspection schedule won't support.
