Jeff and his crew are amazing! He knows all the right people to get the job done no matter what I asked for. They are all very professional, trustworthy and considerate while working in my home. He was able to make several changes along the way and was patient when I was indecisive. High quality service and materials.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with! I'm an interior designer and he beautifully executed my design of a full remodel in Oak View including a new kitchen with revised layout, 3 updated bathrooms, as well as new floors throughout (which also involved leveling the first floor). He was super communicative and easy to work with from start to finish and the property looks fantastic now! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to remodel or build a new home.

Jeff Thatcher (Thatcher Construction) is Top Notch! He managed our project to build a new ADU, replace a garage, and add a new pantry and laundry room. We couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome! He has a sharp attention to detail, and a keen eye for design (his recommendations were invaluable and really enhanced the design). He was very organized in his planning, creative in resolving issues, and kept the construction moving smoothly.
